Benefits of hiit cardio vs liss

If I am lean bulking do I really need 45-60 min liss sessions, or should I just stick to hiit cardio sessions( emom, intervals) etc, I also get lots of steps in (12-15k) so Iā€™m still getting that low intensity movement in , more so asking about like longer treadmill/bike sessions etc, I do love the endorphin rush from hit training tho lol. any advice ?
