The shbg is at top of screenshot. I love extremely healthy. Whole foods no processed foods. No sugar. Lots of veg and fish, avocado, nuts etc etc you get the picture. I run 2 days a week and do weights 3 days. I don't drink or smoke. I take no medication. Does anyone have advice as the safest suppliments. I'm worried that whilst taking something to lower shbg would obviously help. When I stop taking it, I might be worse off as the body overcompensates. Granted I don't understand hormones but with neurotransmitters you take something like an agonist and it will downregulate the amount of receptors. I understand hormones don't work in this way but I am told messing with them can through things out of whack...
