I am an endurance athlete and I find high Nitrous foods help performance. I also benefit from a 10-1 magnesium complex.

Ford such as beets and spinach. I would eat an entire can of beets and drink the liquid. I was able to sustain higher speeds going up hills. The only side effect was a painful but passable kidney stone 🤣. I believe it was from that because they are so high in oxalates. Maybe I will switch to garlic, I don't love the taste though.
