Waking up 3 to 4 hours too early every day and feel TERRIBLE.

I had a bad reaction to two peptides Epitalon and Pinealon, which I took to help my circadian rhythm. Now I wake up way to early most days and can barely function. I started DSIP but I'm not noticing any difference. I am not an anxious person, but am unable to return to sleep after awakening. Is there anything you can recommend I try? I cannot exercise (except for a walk around the block) due to Long Covid and ME/CFS. I also have insomnia in general and have tried every medication and supplement known to man.
