I take vitamin C, fishoil and vitamin D. That's it. I shower cold after a warm shower, I love the icebath after sauna but I don't do it every week. I'm F, 31 and I'm feeling great. I don't drink alcohol, I'm looking younger than I am.
Edit: I forgot to mention, I eat a good healthy diet including bad bad sugar sometimes haha, I exercise 3-4 times a week, every morning and evening I stretch and I don't have social media except reddit. Oh magnesium and amino complex every day.
Edit 2. This post should be a little bit sarcastic for the biohackers outthere who eat 50 supplements daily but eat shit, sleep short and drink alcohol.
