In the winter time, I usually crave a sweeter coffee drink to drive me out of bed. Right now for the last week or so I have been putting a little bit of the “sugar in the raw” brand in my coffee.
What are some good, healthy alternatives and how bad is it if I consume this daily alongside a healthy diet?
