Hey,

i am curious about optimizing stimulant use so that i reap actual benefits. AFAIK most stimulants dont really provide a performance boost after tolerance is build up. They just provide a return to baseline after the brain adapted to the drugs. So in this case, it would make sense to cycle stuff like caffeine to use them on day needed where they then actually provide a boost instead of using them everyday. I know that a lof of people in the biohackign sphere are doing it that way.

I am a big fan of caffeine and nicotine as i have ADHD and stimulants provide me with the ability to be actual productive. I am planning on using stimulants more selective but i am curious. How often can you use caffeine or nicotine or ADHD meds before they brain adapts? Like is it enough to have 3-4 off days for caffeine per week to not develop tolerance?
