Hi, so i just got my MRI results, apparently i got a few herniated or bulging disks.
Whilst i'am still waiting to meet the specialist to review my MRI and know what the best adapted excersises will be and what i should avoid for a while, i am doing basic soft exercise.
My question: what do you guys know is good food and are specific supplements to help and support the healing / reabsorbtion of the herniation? No need to list water 😜
