Feeling really wired /anxious

Lately I’ve been feeling really on edge , restless especially at night, not being able to fall asleep or stay asleep most nights with out melatonin. I exercise every day, eat a nutrient dense diet. Try to sleep 9-5 ish. This is fairly recent , as the only thing that has changed has been taking a b complex increasing my carbs for workout performance reasons
