I just started Adderall 10mg 2 days ago and I’m trying to break them in half and really do 5mg. I was using Kratom for mood/focus (fairly unsuccessfully, mood helped but awful withdrawals). I want to try and keep my adderall dose as low as possible and in combination with diet/supplements. I’ve read about iron, ashwaganda, l theanine, cbd, matcha but does anyone have suggestions that worked for them?
I got heavy depressive comedowns from large adderall doses in college 6 years ago (abusing 20-30mg would suck) and want to do it right this time around. Thanks.
Also I will be exercising daily and suggestions for specific workouts are very appreciated as well.
