I got boatloads of cortisol/anxiety/stress and can't sleep when hungry

Going keto fixed it for a while, but 6 months into keto, it's come back.
- My diet is pretty good, lots of veggies, unprocessed meats, organic chicken and beef, lots of fish/seafood.
- Daily supplements are multivitamin, magnesium, omega-3 oil, biotin with regular CBD and occasional L-theanine, black seed oil and elderberry.
- Exercise is pretty good, but too much cardio makes this way worse to the point where I can't sleep so while I am pretty active (electrician) and do lift weights, I don't do intense cardio.
In all fairness, my circadian rhythm is kind of shit. I spend way too much time on screens and it fucks with me a bit. I also have general anxiety and things are much more peaceful at night for me so I stay up late. I do have blackout curtains though and make sure to get a good amount of sunlight every day. Could this be part of the problem? It wasn't in the first 4 months of keto though.
