I've been consistently taking 5g of creatine monohydrate for the past year but haven't noticed significant effects. Recently, I read that for individuals weighing between 180-250 lbs, a higher dose—up to 10g a day—could be beneficial. Since I weigh around 185-190 lbs, I'm considering bumping my intake to 10g daily to see if it enhances performance.
Has anyone else made this adjustment? Any concerns or side effects I should watch out for with this increased dose? Would love to hear your thoughts or experiences.
