I have an exhausting lifestyle: - 3 kids (8, 6, and 2) - 2 dogs (11 and a puppy) - busy job - etc.
So, it makes sense to be tired from that.
But I notice every time I eat I feel my anxiety shoot up and then a crash of overwhelming tiredness.
I typically try not to eat for as long as I can each day because once I do, I feel like the rest of the day is shot.
So I’ll wait until 3-5pm before I eat.
Has anybody else experienced this?
I don’t know if it’s like a blood sugar issue or what…
Any thoughts are much appreciated!
