I am not eating anything after 8pm but hit the bed around 10pm and have noticed that I am waking up to pee around 3:30am every night.
I am taking a bunch of supplement but only taking magnesium theonate and NAC 30min before bed time. I am able to fall asleep but wake up during this time. In the past I have also woken up warming morning but last week I have noticed itβs almost around the same time. How can I sleep through until morning.
I am drinking a Diet Coke like something in the evening before 8 pm and a little water to take the pills 30min before bed. Should I stop the water?
