I take prescribed Adderall (40mg IR) and I am a caffeine connoisseur. I have a strong very reliance on stimulants for my daily lifestyle, but I also want to make sure I’m staying balanced, mentally and physically. What are some supplements/methods or anything to help me maintain this without destroying my body and ruining my life? Also, more specifically how can I lower my resting heart rate? I notice that my resting BPM is 90 while I’m sitting down and studying, and it even feels accelerated as I’m falling asleep.
