always nauseous / dizzy during workouts

can anyone help me? has anyone struggled with this, what could it be? how can i lessen this?
i am constantly nauseous / dizzy / gagging during workouts.
i feel so dizzy that i have to stop working out.
i have been to a neurologist and they dismissed me. i even got testing done and it was normal.
it feels like an inner ear / neurological / spine issue. can anyone advise . not a hydration issue, i am very well hydrated
