I'm curious if anyone here is incorporating prebiotic GOS (galacto-oligosaccharides), inulin, or both into their daily routine. If you are, I'd love to hear about your experiences, including how much you're taking and any noticeable effects you're feeling as a result.
For those who might not be familiar, prebiotic GOS promotes the growth of beneficial gut bacteria, particularly bifidobacteria, which can support digestive health, immune function, and even enhance mood and cognitive function. Inulin, another prebiotic, is also recognized for its gut health benefits and can potentially amplify the effects of other prebiotics.
If you're not using prebiotic GOS or inulin, are you taking any other prebiotics? I'd be interested in hearing about those too.
