10 in 1 Magnesium Complex

I do some pretty intense workouts and always looking for improvements. I am trying a supplement with 10 forms of Mg. What are some opinions on that?
Subjectively, I feel "good" after 20 miles of high speed skating. I am also a believer in very high NO foods (e.g. a can of beets with the juice). I am certain that improves performance.
