Plenty of studies. If it is bbqed, it is a KNOWN carcinogen. Processed meat is in that boat too.

Colon cancer is thru the roof. No question keto has benefits, but there may be other serious risks.

Chicken too seems to have issues :(

If red meat is so healthy, then throwing away the roll at BK or MCD would be a very healthy choice (with all veggie toppings). I am not convinced of that.
