NAD+ shots from Peptide Science, anyone doing this?

Hey Gang, Kinda confused on how much of the NAD one should take in shot formula. I ordered the 750mg vial and they recommend to mix 6ml of the BAC water. I have the 0.5ml shots.. confusion starts on how much should I draw into the shot and how often does one give themselves the shots.. once a day? Every other day? Any guidance would be appreciated!
