I’ve been looking more into Ashwagandha supplements (my sister recommended that I start taking it to help with my anxiety), and I’ve been doing so for about a week now. I’m taking 1,000 mg in the morning because I have bad morning anxiety and 1,000 at night to help me sleep. I’m not sure if I’ve noticed any chance in my stress levels though. However, I’ve also read that it increases testosterone levels, so wouldn’t that increase make me more irritable (I’m thinking of how increased testosterone in steroid users causes mood swings and such). Just curious about the potentially conflicting effects. Also, I keep hearing that I need to cycle in my use, but I don’t know what that means.
Off-topic: Does anyone know where I can find Bromantane (in the US). I hear that it has good cognitive effects and anti-anxiety effects too.
