I'm only in my mid20s but I feel like over the past 2 years, I just don't feel like I'm looking young anymore. I tried to compare past and current photos and noticed some difference. I guess I'm just carrying a lot of stress because of anxiety. And I heard that stress and less sleep could have an impact on skin. Some people even lose hair and develop ton of health problems.
It's easy to just get some products from the store or watch million of YouTube videos about aging or general healthcare skincare. But with everything I guess it depends on what you feed the body and how you take care.
