Have you tried it once? Did you continue using it?
Daily or only if needed? (if as needed is even possible - I heard it must be taken daily originally)
What were your experiences? Effect-wise regarding social anxiety or sociability & talkativeness (drive, energy, motivation and mood to socialize and talk).
Ever experienced some kind of rebound anxiety or depression like a type of withdrawal when missing a dose or trying to reduce/stop it?
That‘s what I read a few times now and is the big reason I still didn‘t open my SAM-e to start it and try it out. I‘m so worried about messing up my brain chemistry and being in bad withdrawal when quitting with a much worse baseline than before starting.
If one quits one should taper anyways - even if it‘s “only“ a supplement but still somehow I have so much respect of especially SAM-e being so powerful in treating symptoms of depression/anxiety but just as powerful in discontinuation syndrome.
