Depression/anxiety, does any supplement help?
Post Body

I have been depressed since last year and finally in may found out about some supplements and started taking them ( NAC, theanine, taurin). I noticed that it helped stop rumanting thoughts to a degree which helped get out of depression for a bit. I was almost like a robot, nothing affected me and I could say what I wanted without getting anxious. All this while if something upset me I would not cry while in the past I used to get very emotional and cry.

However, since last week I started taking vitamin D (4000 iu) and today after almost a month and a half later I broke down and cried. Why?

Is the effect of NAC/theaanjne wearing off? Or is it the introduction of vitamin D?

Anyone else experience this? Or what supplements helped you get out of depression and anxiety?
