New to supplements, am considering ashwaganda. Have tried modafinil 200mg from modafinia before. I want its stress relief and working out benefits as I work out daily. I am scared because I believe I am prone to balding at some point and don’t want to accelerate it. I am worried because I don’t want any long term or serious health issues. Are my worries justified? Is it worth to try it out in small dosages for a while and worst case stop? Will negative effects if any reverse themselves?
I also considered shilajit so feel free to comment thoughts about that too. Thanks!
