Heavily increased protein intake (from .2-.3g to .8-1g)
Quit porn
Quit video games
Quit masturbating
Weight lifting 3 times a week
Zone two cardio 5 days a week
More intensive cardio 2-3 times a week
Fixed my sleep schedule
So why is it now, I’m no longer horny, and I’m feeling more depressed then ever? I don’t understand, and it makes no sense: I’ve done everything I was supposed to do - so why now am I feeling almost anhedonic.
