I am a male and in my 40s and found this sub as I am going through anxiety, stress and depression.
I started taking NAC, theanine and taurin along with vitamin d, fish oil and multivitamin.
On Saturday, I only took taurin 6g split between morning, afternoon and evening. I noticed I was calm and didn’t have many thoughts. Yesterday, I did the same, but the experience was not the same and I had moments of getting some obtrusive thoughts that I don’t want.
I have also noticed, there are days when I wake up and feel good, don’t think too much and don’t care.
Other days, I wake up, and feel blah, starting having more thoughts but not as bad as I had before taking supplements.
I want to know why? Some days it’s so peaceful and other days these thoughts come back keeping everything else the same (supplants and food wise)?
Have you found a way to keep a consistent mood or it’s simply not possible?
