I’m reaching out to seek your advice and experiences with supplements or nootropics that might help me enhance my focus and performance. Starting in September until June, I’ll be in a very demanding situation that requires my full dedication and top performance every day.
Here’s a bit of context:
Full-time job: I work full-time at a bank with intensive hours, but I have my afternoons free.
Master’s program: I’m starting a very demanding Master's in Geopolitical and Economic Intelligence in the afternoons.
Workload: My workload at the bank will increase during the same period, and it’s crucial for me to perform well to keep my job. The job is essential as it finances my life and studies. Weekends: I’ll need to dedicate my weekends to studying, working on assignments, and preparing for exams and workshops. I need to maintain a high level of performance both at work and in my studies. Losing my job would mean losing my financial stability and the ability to continue my studies, as finding another job with similar hours would be challenging.
So, I’m looking for recommendations on any supplements or nootropics that have helped you improve focus, mental clarity, and overall cognitive performance. Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly and sometimes take supplements like ashwagandha and modafinil from modafinia, nootropicsdepot etc.
