Hello everyone!

Just sharing what I've recently done with biohacking with my entire well-being and lifestyle. It's been almost a year since I did it and now, I feel like I've already (80%) regulated my:

  1. Nervous System
  2. Bowel Movement
  3. Mobility Movements
  4. Discipline towards Food

I feel like I've already achieved a lot. But I also want to hear some insights from here who did a Biohacking Diet and what are your best changed aspects so far? I'm open to all feedbacks as well.
