Tanguita - My non-alcoholic, buzzing and fun drink recipe

Every time I prepare this drink, it's a success and everybody loves it, so I thought I should share.
In earlier versions of this drink, I experimented with adding Kava, Ashwagandha, and 5-HTP, but they were not hitting it.
How to prepare a tanguita
Ingredients:
- 30 - 40 mg of L-Theanine (I just open a capsule and throw more or less half of it)
- 50 mg Caffeine ( 1/4 of a 200 mg pill)
- 300 mg of Magnesium Bisglycinate Powder (I use a cucumber flavor one)
- 250 mg Inositol / 250 mg Choline (I open a capsule that contains both)
- A dash of L-tyrosine (Just open a 500 mg capsule and sprinkle a little)
- Coconut sugar (as much as you like)
- Pink Himalayan or Celtic Salt (to taste)
- Organic watermelon extract (or any other juice that you like)
- Ice
Put it all in a blender, serve, and get ready to relax with friends or watch a funny movie, because what I’ve noticed is that it makes it very effortless to laugh or giggle about everything.
