Been looking to optimize my battle against early onset dementia, and ran into a couple articles detailing how nicotine can ward off early onset dementia. So lately Iโve been popping a viagara, and smoking a pack or two before work every day - (I work as a software engineer often sitting at my desk for 12-14 hours) - seeing as Iโm looking to optimize my lifestyle to offset any potential early onset dementia - what do you guys think (Iโm 6โ4 364 pounds / but itโs just big bone weight). Thanks for the advice!
