I don’t remember in the last 6 months if I ever had a full nights sleep 8 hrs. I would fall asleep but then wake up around 1am to go to bathroom and can’t fall back asleep and finally will get some sleep between 4-5am and wake up.
I have tried mag glycinate and felt groggy/drowsy the next day so stopped. Someone recommend mag citrate and took the throne citramate and no change, I even added theanine with it 30min before bed but nothing.
What else can I try or what is your fav stack that works not only falling asleep but staying asleep and getting that 8hrs of sleep.
I exercise and eat clean as much as I can.
Other supps I am taking are
Citrullin Taurin Agmatine Creatine Whey
During day time.
In the evening I am taking Thorne multivitamin daily. The day I am taking magnesium I don’t take the multivitamin.
