How much whey protein can safely be consumed daily by someone 215 lbs excercising around 4 hours per day often very intensely? If i have 200g of whey protein would there be adverse health effects? What biomarkers would you expect to suffer?
- I am not asking how much protein do I need per day or should I eat whole foods or should I neglect whole foods entirely. Please try to answer the question without preaching your personal philosophies that do not relate to the question
... I am looking at this from a performance lens more so than a longevity lens, but feel free to include long term health concerns you may have as well.
To create a hypothetical that demonstrates what I'm really asking what if you were in a situation where you had access to fresh vegetables fruits rice grains (low protein forms for all you vegans out there) and whey protein..... BUT WHAT IF YOU DIDNT HAVE ACCESS TO MEAT EGGS DAIRY SEAFOOD etc
How much whey would you eat with your other foods if you were training to your absolute limit...?
