I am starting to get back into the gym, new to burn body fat, and would like to gain some lean muscle and keep them. I am following a low carb diet ( pre-diabetic). Caloric intake is around 1700-1800 a day.
Also did blood work and have low testosterone. I started taking creatine and the first few days felt a good pump, and looking to get that from each workout.
What are the best nootropics for a good pump and gaining muscle that has worked for you. I have read maybe Tongkat Ali could have some effect?
Thoughts?
