I’ve been eating the cleanest I have in a long time but I’m the heaviest I’ve been?
Post Body

I’m buying high quality Whole Foods, (shopping at sprouts and Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s) buying organic, no snacks or processed foods, I don’t eat fast food anymore, (I do eat at restaurants buts it’s pretty healthy stuff like meats and potatoes maybe a hamburger, chicken etc - and only 2-3 times a week max) my daily calorie intake is under 2k daily , I eat a lot of protein , am having protein shakes . I’ve incorporated real milk back into my diet and more meats but I thought this would be helpful to overall health . Right now I’m just eating anything that’s Whole Foods basically . Should I make adjustments or get labs? My energy levels are pretty good for the most part but I am bloated so often . I was less heavy when I ate out more and ate cheaper ingredients , cooked less etc . I’m just so frustrated . For context I am 5’5 and weigh about 149-150- I used to weigh around 133 for years (even less in my youth) so that’s where my baseline should be at . I stayed at 143 for awhile after weight gain due to lifestyle changes . But I don’t get how I’m increasing?? (I workout about 2-3 days a week… not super consistent- that’s my next focus, but I’m still worried my diet is not good
