Hi,
since several weeks and months Iam takin 1.500 mg Magnesium Bisglycinate (300 mg elemental) 1 hr before bedtime. This helps me a lot with getting sleepy.
Now I got my bloodwork done and this is the first time in my life that my potassium is low. Its just marginally lower than the lower end but still dont wanna run into serious problems.
In the internet I didnt find any information that high magnesium intake can lower potassium.
Do you guys know something about it?
Should I take only half of the magenisum dosage before bedtime?
