Going to doc, which test should I ask them to order?

I am 43M and going to the doctor soon as I am having some issues with sleep and occasional chest uneasiness, I feel a slight pain, not sure if it’s anxiety but it’s been sporadic and concerning.
Which bloodwork/test should I ask them to order to get a good sense of the bio markers that’ll be covered by insurance in USA.
