We just finished a small study to see if sleeping near your phone affects your sleep quality. Over a week, 13 biohackers tracked their sleep with and without their phones nearby using a sleep tracker (eg Oura ring).
Our stats didn’t show any significant changes (p=0.5 and p=0.37), so we can't say that EMF has any impact on sleep based on this data.
We're considering expanding this study and refining our protocol. This was a pretty casual experiment with a small group over a short period. Maybe it wasn’t long enough to see an effect, or maybe other factors played a role.

Wouldn't it be really cool if we could get more people to join studies like these??? Even though this one didn't show an effect, it shows the potential of the community coming together to gather better evidence about our biohacking.
