The more I learn about biohacking for women, according to our unique hormonal fluctuations, the more I realize I need to learn.
And although I love this community and all the wonderful men in it, I’m beginning to see I can’t know if the advice is right for me if I don’t know it’s coming from an understanding of women’s biology.
It doesn’t look like there’s a biohackHer community on Reddit and I don’t know enough to start/lead one.
Are there other online groups or communities that are focused solely on women’s biohacking health? Other than a few great books, where else do you go as a woman to know you’re getting great ongoing support?
If you start a new sub I'd join 🫶
