You guys saved my ass when I had covid so I come to you again in my time of need. I needed to go hang out with my friend who is very sick, which ended up being in a small enclosed space for four hours. It’s known that it’s contagious and he is totally fucking super sick and I CANNOT get sick right now. What can I do to prevent getting sick?

I would personally be doing Neti pot rinse a few times a day. Maybe zinc lozenges too? I'm assuming it was a respiratory illness?
