Broccoli sprouts are amazing!!

They aren't disgusting. They are great in salads and on sandwiches. I usually make a smoothie in the morning with broccoli sprouts, banana, blueberry, and raw organic fiber. It's actually pretty tasty!

Wow, I've never heard of this. I'm sorry that happened to you. How much did you eat?

We are careful. I rinse them several times a day. It only takes a few seconds. I also keep the jars I grow them on and the tray the jars sit on very clean.

I had no idea that sulforaphane could help with hair loss. I eat about a half cup a day, I'm not sure what that is in grams.

You're not supposed to cook them because that kills the sulforaphane in them. They are fine fresh. It's like eating lettuce.

I still feel that way if I'm super tired. I would say that it's greatly improved since adding the sprouts.

For me, it has helped with brain fog. I feel more clear and alert when I eat the sprouts. When I don't have them for a few days, I miss them and crave them. My husband has had the same experience.
