Hey Biohacking community I have been lurking for a month and wanted to take the time to make an official post.

I feel like for the first time in my life I am taking my health seriously at the late age of 33 🤣🤣.

I have been walking/running for the past 5 months and lost around 30 lbs (260LBS - 230LBS).

I have been keeping a consistent 16,000 steps a day for the past 82 days and I can feel a difference finally.

I also have cut out regular soda and alcohol for the most part and have been trying to eat better.

I wanted to see if any biohacking tips could help me as I continue my journey.

Some wants going forward.

  1. I am losing hair and it's been detrimental to my confidence as I feel I shouldn't be balding at 33.
  2. I have been doing 100% cardio to lose weight which has worked but I have also seen people who only lose weight that way and they end up looking like sticks but with a small belly. I would like to have some muscle and lose the belly (What everyone wishes for 🤣.) Because of this anything that could help with that would be appreciated. I also feel like I have no upper body strength which I would like / need to have.
  3. I also feel like I cannot learn as fast as I used to be able to. I am not sure if it's just a feeling or actually happening. Working out has helped a little but if there is anything else I could combine with that I would appreciate it.

I am not taking any vitamins or enhancements but would be open to taking them (Nothing too crazy though) .

TIA I appreciate any help
