What does alcohol abuse deplete your body most of, in the long-term?
Post Body

Given the interest received by the other post about alcohol abuse, thought it might be interesting to make another one that got more straight to the point.

I know B12 and Thiamine are the most known in terms of what your body can get depleted of after systematically abusing alcohol in the longer term, but what else is there that you feel is worth pointing out?

(On a small personal note, I still seem to get occasional but recurrent enough twitches/spasms/trembling (this one in the fingers) that I believe are related to past but recent years of alcohol misuse. Not sure what might help.)
