Chem undergrad major looking for grad school

I googled “best biochem graduate programs in the US” based on people that have masters degrees in biochem what school did you attended how hard was it to get in? What were your GRE scores like? How was your PI? How heavily research based was your institution? I have three years until graduation but I want to have a target goal for graduate school... should I be looking at Ivy League schools? Are there any hidden gem programs in a university not known for biochem?
