Hey guys. While I know it is very common to coat latex beads in either proteins or glycolipids, I am wondering if it is possible to do both. My limited knowledge in biochemistry makes me think it could be possible, but it may be difficult since they seem to require different coating conditions, and doing one after the other my remove the prior coat. In particular, I am interested in coating beads with both Ovalbumin and Mannosylated Lipoarabinomannan (from mycobacterium tuberculosis). Any input is appreciated.
