Would it be wrong to say proline is the worst amino acid

It just seems like it is. Like it just looks weird with its side chain being tied into the amino group in such a weird way, as well as just destroying the Alfa-helix and beta-sheet structure whenever itβs in it.
If there are any other bad things about other amino acids I would love to know
Edit: I have learned the way of proline, and it has now been upgraded to βmidβ
