I wanted to try and limit myself to 1000 calories a day. I started off well with a smoothie made of pineapple, spinach and strawberries but then I caved got 20 chicken nuggets, had some Chinese didn't eat half of it, ate chocolate and now I have a pizza on the way. why is it so hard to just not and be strong. I'm obese and just want to not be. exercise is hard because I'm clinically depressed. I don't know what to do anymore. I hate myself. on Sunday I'm starting a juice cleanse, maybe that will trigger more restrictive behaviour on my part
