I never know when to stop eating even after I'm full

Post Body

So I'm on a weight loss journey. I gained over 8kgs over the past two years from unhealthy eating, bingeing on snacks and junk food. I was aware of my problem but couldn't stop. I would eat regular healthy homemade meals along with snacks in between. On bad days, I would have dinner and end snacking at midnight too to satisfy cravings.

Recently I lost about 2 kg weight from working out and eating healthy. I was happy about the progress but I recently got a new job that is stressing me out. Three days ago I relapsed and ended up eating out. I tried to control but ended up ordering a lot of stuff. I was full halfway through, but still continued eating. It's like I physically couldn't stop even though I was incredibly aware that I am full. I felt sick after coming home but couldn't do anything.

What can I do? I ate out at a restaurant after very long, almost 4-5 months. I feel terrible.
