Has anyone taken therapy, if so did it help? Or if there a cheaper alternative way? I feel like there are so many factors of me gaining weight. I feel like it so bad to the point that I hate going out. I used to love to going to the gym, but now I’m afraid because I have no clothes that fit me anymore. And I can’t afford to buy any clothes since I work part time. I’m stuck over a break up and it’s been a year and a half. Also found out my mom has cancer. I’m struggling with school but that’s my number one priority right now is to finish my career. I’m trying to take it day by day and slowly doing things for myself, but I feel like it’s never enough or I’m planning on working out but don’t know where to start. Also working on eating healthy since I have a really bad relationship with food.
