I’m going to hang out with some friends this week to get drinks. I’m really excited, especially since I rarely go out due to work. But I’m also worried it may trigger a binge. I haven’t binged in almost 6 days, which is insane. I don’t want to break my streak, but the reason why I haven’t binged is because I’ve cut out sugar and carbs from my diet. I normally order margaritas as my go to drink, but maybe I should order something different? I’m worried I’m going to drink a bunch of sugar and eat junk, and I’ll just be back on my old habits. Any advice? Thank you ahead for any input <3
